Sorry guys, I have just read that she will be a Hotel :-[ Is she open for business yet as some friends of ours are off to Dudai in 2010????

I don't think QE2 is open to the public yet or what her fate is. QE2 was meant to go to America but that has all fell through so at the minute I don't think there is anything happening to her.

Absolutely stunning, the tribute from the warship to the flypast of the Emirates A380 well worth a watch.

Liked the bit of fun with the pipeband????

A great tribute but nothing less than she deserved. Yet two and a bit years later she is still sitting there  :'(

Cap, apart from a new coat of paint, has anything else been done to her or is she still as she was when she arived on November 26th 2008??

The home port has been painted over and replaced as per an earlier post, the large Cunard lettering on the port and starboard sides have been removed.  Nothing known about any interior changes.

She has also had her air condtioning over hauled aswell however its looking bleek of the future now whats going to happen wioth the qe2 and its a waiting strory
